Concerning to this; Reform Management Directorate endeavoring to bring a comprehensive improvement in overall Service delivery activities of the University in line with different reform initiatives like BPR, BSC, Educational Development army and Citizen charter. In realizing its responsibility, The Directorate has been Conducted Business process Re-engineering (BPR) study of the University and its final endorsement and implementation upcoming accordingly.


In addition to the aforementioned reform tools, the directorate has been introduced the Kaizen Management Philosophy as one major work plan of the year with joint Consultancy of Ethiopian Kaizen Institute. Regarding to this, the University was organized and conducted awareness raising training in whole and in groups for selected office employees, and the first level implementation was started on the base was founded.


Dear all, Kaizen Management Philosophy improves productivity and service delivery, reduce non-value adding process, minimize wastages and improve quality.
