Limitation
Main limitations of the study
i. Time; these research is being done along other courses and with limited amount of time.
The schedule is very tight and there is no enough free time to undertake the research,
specially the field work.so researchers need more free time and assistant data collectors to
finish the research work on time.
ii. Cost; in order to get valid information the research work should cover wide range of area
while selecting case and should include large number of human resources to collect
intended data. In other word these work need large amount of money so that it can limit
the research work and findings unless the expense is fully covered by the university or
other concerned institution.
iii. Lack of enough skilled human power on these area.lack of enough expertise on housing
and urban design is one of major limitation. Especially on data collection these gap can
be covered by employing and training TVET graduates.
iv. Limited secondary data is another limitation of these study. Most the research work
focuses on primary data since there is no previously done literature or research work on
these thematic issue.
v. There would be difficulty to communicate with informal dwellers during fieldwork.
To accomplish this task successfully the university is expected to finance the research, limited
finance limit scope of the research that will lead to invalid research output.
