1. Creating poly centric city.

2. Creating multiple roots with active commercial activity.

3. Avoid development biases introducing fair laws and regulation to be enacted by the city council.

4. Fair distribution of public service facilities.

5. Designing of all public spaces for playing and resting.

6. Design and introduction of benches, ramps, elevators etc… in all public infrastructure and multistory buildings.

7. Design solutions for encouragement of pedestrians and non-motorized transport.
